The privacy of your personal information is very important to Ros and will not be sold, rented or traded to any third party. Special care is taken to protect the security of your information. This policy explains Ros’s information practices and the way that she collects and uses your details.
The data collected is:
Your name, contact telephone number and email address plus, if being treated by Ros, your medical details.
Disclosure of your data:
Testimonials will only be shared with third parties if you grant your permission, which Ros will request before sharing them. Ros will not use full identities and she will not share medical information except the relevant history, such as, accidents/operations/disease, with other Bowen practitioners and instructors ensuring that your identity is not exposed. Ros will use examples of cases without names when she is giving demonstration talks.

DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Ros collects, processes, stores and on occasions shares information in order to operate her business and comply with the new Data Protection Act 2018 (DP Act). Data Protection procedures adopt and comply with the Data Protection principles as set out in the DP Act which is that personal data shall be:

- processed for limited purposes
- adequate, relevant and not excessive
- accurate and up to date
- not kept for longer than is necessary
- processed in line with your rights
- secure and not transferred to other countries without adequate protection
